First 12 Weeks Program is designed for sedentary new exercisers. Develop exercise skills and receive motivation from one of our qualified fitness staff to promote a healthy lifestyle change. The program is outlined in a user-friendly chart working at your own fitness level. Cardiovascular, muscular strength, and flexibility components comprise a complete workout program. This program is available for $20 at the Welcome Desk.
Fitness Evaluation appointments can be scheduled with a qualified fitness instructor. Receive a blood pressure, body composition, cardiovascular, flexibility/muscle strength, and endurance test. A health screening is necessary before appointment. Evaluations are $10 and Body Compositions are available for $5.
