The Center has available three 20'x35' meeting rooms, which can be adjusted to make up to a 60'x35' multipurpose room.  This area offers many amenities, including a caterer's kitchen.  The following capacity numbers are based on theater style (chairs only); numbers decrease with tables.  All room rentals include table and chair setup and tear down.  Renters will have access to the room 30 minutes prior to rental time when available.

• Room A                     $30/hour (up to 40 people)
• Room AB or BC         $60/hour (up to 80 people)
• Room ABC                $90/hour (up to 150 people)
• Catering Kitchen         $25 flat fee

(Catering Kitchen is equipped with sink, dishwasher, two refrigerators, two ovens, microwave, and warming oven.)

The Center also has available meeting spaces that are classroom style.  These areas have a 25-30 person capacity.

• Community Room       $25/hour
• Room D                      $25/hour
• Room E                      $30/hour

Basketball Courts are available for rental based on usage and programming.

• Basketball Courts       $40/hour/court

 

Additional Rental Information:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required when submitting a rental request and is applied toward your rental fee.  Facility damages or cleaning fees related to the rental will be assessed if necessary.  Remaining rental balance is expected at the beginning of the event unless prior arrangements have been made.
• All rentals before or after building hours will incur an additional staffing charge.
• Additional amenities such as Sound System, Podiums, Microphones, Dry Erase Boards, Tablecloths, etc. are available at an additional charge.
• Two weeks advance notice is recommended.
• Residents: Inquire about rental discount with proof of residency when booking your event.
